Ford Mustang GT Launched in India at Rs 65 lakh





Ford India has finally launched its highly anticipated muscle car, the Mustang GT, at Rs. 65 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Be imported as CBU (completely built unit) plant manufacturing company in Michigan, USA ..

The Mustang in India gets a 5.0-liter V8 engine that churns out 395 BHP and 515 Nm of torque. The maximum speed is electronically limited to 250 km / h. Ford has tune the engine to meet the requirements of India, and run on 91 octane fuel available in the country. In the international market, the same engine develops 435 BHP and 542 Nm of torque. Moreover, the specification of India Mustang GT gets only an automatic 6-speed transmission with paddle shifters. No manual gearbox offered. Engine power goes to the rear axle.





In addition, the Mustang GT offers four driving modes - Normal, Sport +, track and snow / Wet. The latest generation of Mustang also receives a new independent rear suspension, revised intake manifold, new cylinder heads, and a new valve train.

Outside, the Mustang to create a combination of retro style and aggressive signals. The front features a long hood bulge, while the rear gets a trunk domestic routes.
