New job offer in Google points to a 'comeback' for glass




Finally, there seems to be some evidence that the draft prestigious crystal Google is moving forward. A new job offer on the website of the company suggests that the efforts of Google to the glass is moving in the right and perhaps point the volume production stage direction.

First reported by Business Insider, the Google Glass team is looking for a technology advanced manufacturing engineer, FATP. The FATP, the list explains, means 'the final assembly, test and package.'
