Apple iPhone SIM enclose 6s and 2 GB of RAM

Next S-update Apple iPhone iPhone 6 and 6 Plus apparently includes two gigabytes of random access memory (RAM), a feature awaited by fans of Apple who have been in the high-end Android phones white with 3 GB of RAM envy. More RAM = better multitasking = battery.

A RAM upgrade for next iPhones is almost certainly in tow.
